Knowing whether a place is right for your wedding means looking beyond the photograph. How will everyone arrive? Where can you gather? Will there be time to linger over dinner, and room for the evening you have in mind?

As English-speaking wedding planners based in Japan, we work directly with local venues and creative teams to turn your ideas into plans everyone understands. From venue discovery and creative direction to production and coordination, we help you see what is possible and what each choice involves.

We can plan the wedding day itself or a celebration that unfolds over several days, from welcome events to farewell brunches or a blowout finale. It’s about how you want to spend your time in Japan and who you want beside you. We’re all for a longer goodbye.

Dee leads planning and production. Tracey leads the creative team with photography and film. The celebration and the way it is captured are always considered together, around the same understanding of you and the personality of the day.

    Getting to know each other.

    After you’ve read the guides, and if our availability and approach suit your plans, we’ll invite you to a complimentary one-hour Zoom. A tailored proposal follows when we’re ready to take the next step together.

  3. 03

    Your plans take shape.

    Once you’ve booked and your planning period begins, we develop the creative and practical details together. We guide the preparations and coordinate the celebration, so you can spend it with the people who make it matter.
