A Gothic idea in a ryokan

For one Jinya wedding, the couple wanted a Gothic atmosphere with deep navy, black and candles. The idea developed further through florals, textiles, signage, table details and the architecture already there.

We follow what you love about an idea through the materials, the table and the spaces your guests will use. It should feel connected to the place you’ve chosen, and unmistakably connected to you.

An experience can become part of the design

At a Hakone Retreat wedding, Youna Matsushita gave a live calligraphy performance, with individual artworks for guests to take home. The artist’s work became something the gathering experienced together.

For an art-loving elopement couple, a pottery studio in Mie became part of their day. They made two halves of a moon vase for the potter to finish and send home. In each case, the interest came first; the experience followed.
