We are a bilingual, Japan-based planning team with deep local access and an international perspective. Our role is part creative partner, part guide, part calm presence throughout a complex and beautiful process.

We don’t offer templates. We don’t plan at volume. And we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all celebrations. Every wedding or elopement we plan is shaped around:

Our process begins with a Zoom consultation. This is an opportunity for you to get to know us, and for us to understand you - your story, your priorities, and what matters most in your celebration.

We believe the best weddings are built on trust, shared vision, and genuine chemistry. For that reason, we work best with couples who see us as trusted partners, value our experience and perspective, and are excited to collaborate creatively throughout the planning journey.

Availability

We’re grateful to say our services are consistently in demand, and availability is limited.

• Spring and Fall 2026 are currently fully booked

• A small number of off-peak or intimate celebrations may still be considered

• 2027 bookings will open in March 2026

For experiences planned beyond 2027, we recommend reaching out closer to the one-year mark.

Please note that during peak Spring and Fall seasons, responses may be slightly delayed as we are often on location, celebrating alongside our couples. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Before You Reach Out

A few important notes, so expectations are aligned from the start:

• We take on a limited number of weddings and elopements each year to ensure a high-touch planning experience

• Our elopements start from US$6500 (¥1,000,000 JPY)

  • Elopements are defined by couple only. (No guests)

• Micro-Weddings are defined by 1-15 guests. Budgets starting from US$16,000 (¥2.5M) and scale upward.

• Weddings are defined by 16+ guests. Budgets starting from US$35,000 (¥5M) and scale upward. (50+ guests)

• Multi-Day, Private Charter events typically start from US$65,000 (¥10M) and scale upward with scope and guest count.
